A leaking faucet, a toilet that won’t stop running, a garbage disposal that hums but won’t turn, a shower valve stuck on lukewarm — these are fix-it and swap-it jobs. You’re not moving plumbing lines or redesigning the room, you just need what’s there working right, or replaced with something better.
Texas Plumbing & Drain repairs and installs kitchen and bathroom fixtures — faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, garbage disposals — across Aledo, Weatherford, Fort Worth, and the west DFW Metroplex.
Quick note on what this page covers: this is repair-in-place and fixture swaps — same location, same layout, fixed or upgraded. If you’re moving plumbing (relocating a sink, adding a shower where there wasn’t one, reworking the whole room’s layout), that’s a bigger job — see our Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel page instead.
Dripping faucet, low flow, a tap that won’t shut off all the way — repaired if the fix is straightforward, replaced if the fixture’s past its useful life. We install new faucets to match whatever style upgrade you’re going for, kitchen or bath.
Valve replacement for temperature that won’t hold steady, diverter repair, showerhead and trim upgrades, or installing a new shower unit in the existing footprint — this is where that lives. Full shower relocations or conversions (tub-to-shower with new plumbing runs) fall under Remodel.
Running toilets, weak flush, rocking or leaking at the base, or a straight swap to a new (often more water-efficient) toilet — installed and sealed right the first time so you’re not back here in six months for the same problem.
Jammed disposal, one that hums but won’t spin, leaks under the sink, or a straight upgrade to a stronger unit — we handle the plumbing and electrical connection both.
Undermount, drop-in, farmhouse — installed and sealed to your countertop, with supply lines, shut-offs, and drain connections done right so you’re not finding a slow leak under the cabinet six months later.
Beyond the big-ticket items — shut-off valves, supply lines, drain assemblies, anything under the sink or behind the wall that’s failing or outdated — we replace and repair the parts that make the visible fixtures actually work.
No — if you’re relocating plumbing, adding fixtures where there weren’t any, or reworking the room’s design, that’s our Remodel service. This page is for fixing or swapping what’s already there in the same spot.
Usually a worn cartridge, washer, or O-ring inside the faucet body, not something you can fix by tightening the handle. Depending on the faucet’s age and condition, we’ll either rebuild it or recommend replacement if parts are hard to source.
Almost always the flapper isn’t sealing, the fill valve is worn, or the float’s set wrong. All are quick, affordable fixes — but if the toilet’s old enough that parts don’t match anymore, replacement is sometimes the more practical call.
Not necessarily. A hum usually means the motor’s getting power but something is jammed. We can often free it up without replacing the unit — but if the motor itself has burned out, replacement is the answer.
Yes — we’re happy to install fixtures you’ve already purchased. We’ll let you know up front if we see anything about the specific model that’s likely to cause install issues.
A single faucet, toilet, or disposal swap is usually a same-visit job. Sink installs depend on whether the countertop cutout and supply lines already match — we’ll give you a real timeframe before we start.
Sometimes it’s the showerhead itself (clogged with mineral scale), sometimes it’s the valve or cartridge behind the wall restricting flow. We diagnose before replacing parts so you’re not paying to fix the wrong thing.
